The story of the Kamen Riders has been forcefully brought to an end, leaving behind a legacy that spans three eras: Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa. The only thing that remains is a boy in a World of Heroes, and a legacy to uphold. With the weight of the worlds on his shoulders, he rides into battle as Kamen Rider Epoch.

50 Years into the Past, a curious event occured. In a City of China, a baby would be born covered in bright light, a strange event that would proceed to more people on the world being born with super human abilities we now call "Quirks". In a couple of decades, the world would transform to a super human society where people would use their powers to make their own desires come true, but for those cases, there were also professional heroes to stop them... But I may have lied, as this wasn't the first quirks on history, or atleast the first super human powers. Milenia ago, a carnage was created by a race of ancient monsters known as the Gurongi tormented the civlization of the Rinto, the ancient humans. But to fight these creatures and their dretched leader, a warrior was born from ancient materials, a warrior bathed in Dark that would bring the Light, the one who would seal away the monsters and himself for the sake of everyone. Meet... KUUGA.

Centuries ago, magical jewels that hold the power of certain concepts of life were created, they are known as the Miraculous. Two of them stand above the rest, tho, these being the Ladybug Earrings and the Cat Ring. On modern time, these jewels are protected by someone, with the sole exception of two, one of them being in posession of someone in search of fulfilling his wish, a villian with the power to make havoc and destruction with the Butterfly Miraculous, that is Hawk Moth. But not only that happened, but also a certain young man would fulfill his dream... in a certanly weird way. Baku Yorozu, a young man of around 17 Years Old, would turn into a secret agent after encountering a monstrous entity known as a Nightmare. Now, alongside Commander Zero, he will eradicate world's evil, starting with Paris, alongside the new heroes of the city. These, are the experiences being a Secret Agent... and, a Kamen Rider.
