Though Dumbledore was, in his father's opinion, a worn out old fool, his questionable dedication to the student's safety was almost inspirational to Draco. On one of his late night adventures in his first year, Draco had come across an outstanding mirror. A mirror that had bewitched him. Turned his thoughts inside out. When he looked into it, he saw a girl with messy hair and a pile of books clenched close to her chest. Wearing robes slightly oversized and shoes that were slightly dusty from the floors of the library. With mystical brown eyes that shimmered in the moonlight. For 2 more nights he returned, staying through the darkest hours, barely noticing the sun fly high over the horizon. It was on the third night that the mysterious man came to him, and told him something he was not likely to forget. "Draco," he said, "it does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live."

What if Hermione left the Wizarding World after the war? She and Ron break up, it was mutual. Neither of them feeling anything for each other in the love, romance kind of way. After that she leaves, she moves to muggle London. She opens a book store. She meets someone. After baby Percy is born, he has to stay at the hospital for healing of an infection. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Just something I thought of while watching Boy Meets World, the episode where Joshua is born and in the hospital. Season 6 Episode 17. In this story, Hermione meets Poseidon and is Percy Jackson's mother. (Sorry Sally, love you, but it's something new and I liked the idea.) This is a one-shot and is Dramione. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I just realized the timing is a little off for the story. So for the battle of Hogwarts, I'm going to have it take place in like 1987 because Hermione will have left for a few years, then have Percy in 1993. Oh, and I am continuing the story, so it is no longer a one-shot. Oh and sorry if the characters are OOC, this is my first time writing fluff-ish stuff that takes up most of it. I'm more of an action writer, or I like to think I am. I so far don't have a posting schedule so it will be posted at random. I will update more once I figure out a schedule.

Hermione needs to spend the day with Malfoy and it is absolutely the last thing she wants to do. Needing to honor her fiance's side of a bet, she finds herself at Malfoy's private island and has no idea what to expect. First Dramione, we'll see how it goes. There will be no Ron bashing. While he isn't the brightest, and might make foolish decisions, he is still a good guy. So yes, he is the reason for everything falling apart, but only because it was needed for the story to make sense. Besides, good people make bad decisions too... I suppose I could have written an OC, but it's too late now.
