Sitting alone in his small rustic house, a small builder receives a letter from a friend. ▪▪▪ A cosy little prologue of sorts featuring Grian and Mumbo I wrote a long-ish time ago to be the start of a much bigger fic that was going to be this grand adventure in a kinda realistic Minecraft universe tying into multiple Hermitcraft seasons... which I've long since lost all motivation for ^^; Still, I think it's quite wholesome and quaint and works as its own little thing, so I thought I might fix it up a bit and just post it! After Mumbo vanishes at the beginning of season 9, Grian is distraught. He's grieving, and none of the other hermits can help him. Maybe the opening of the Rift can help him. But then again, when has anything ever gone to plan? (covers probably temporary i'm gonna remake it)

Tango moves in with Impulse and Zedaph. They hang out a bit. Nothing much happens as it's mostly fluff. ~~ All set in a small city, about 10000 people, where all, or most, of the hermits masquerade as superheroes or supervillains.

After being freed from his demise, Grian has a chance to join The Council and help his new siblings protect the servers from a creature that is a threat to everything. At the same time he lives in Hermitcraft and tries to keep his Watcher identity a secret from his new friends. But when the threat seems to be more familiar than he expected, how will things turn out? Will his past come break down the door, or will he be able to keep it out? One day Iskall woke up to find that he had changed. Seemingly overnight he was a changed person with some other plans that might not be very good for the server. Will he achieve his plans to rule over everyone? Will there be victims along the way? And most of all, who's really in control? Basically a villain au for hermitcraft I guess. It's also set in season seven. There's also some empires stuff Oh and 3rd life a little This is a fanfiction, none of the characters are mine. Also none of the art is mine. Have fun :)

Alter egos aren't rare. Several egos are common. Corrupted egos are extremely rare. Rare as only two people have them. This journey follows one of our corrupted souls. He struggles with his alter selves. They try to take over him, try to convince him to let go. He just wants a place with friends. A place with safety. A place with someone like him. Well that will all change. He makes new friends while on the run. He meets someone like him. And he gets himself a love interest. But not all stories have a happy ending. Will he get the happy ending he deserves? Or will his life come to an end and alter egos take over?

All the dangers The Council faced are finally gone, at least temporarily. A new year is starting and Hermitcraft is moving to another season. Things are finally going well with Grian/Xelqua.
