He rubbed the fabric of his uniform jacket between two fingers. Pause had looked at Etho, waiting for a reply, but shifted his gaze away after receiving nothing. 'Good luck, Etho,' 'Good luck.' -- Aka, Etho is still trying to get over his PTSD of losing one of the most important people in his life. The titles of the books/series are from the album Externalism by Olovson. The individual chapter names are lyrics from 'Cosmic love' by Florence & the Machine. Book 1

(A Tango/Beef/Etho Fanfiction) Hybrids aren't accepted in society. Jimmy swipes his right thumb across Tango's cheek, and the blaze hybrid tightens his grip on the avian's hips again, tracing circles on the front of his stomach with his thumbs. Jimmy uses his left hand to tuck Tango's hair behind his ear, "I love you so much." Tango's tail thumps behind him, and now that the appendage has made its presence known, he wraps it around Jimmy's right wrist. "I love you too." Etho feels soft hands rest on his face, those same mossy hands he craves so bad. He inhales sharply, resting his forehead against his husbands. Bdubs hums, trailing his hands down Etho's arms, feeling where his hands meet. He smiles, closing his eyes. He rubs his thumbs against Ethos rough knuckles, guiding them up to his face, pressing soft kisses against them both, one at a time. He feels like he can breathe better now. He doesn't know why it was so hard to before- - Etho is sick and Bdubs is there, like always.

Grian is a troublesome hybrid parrot prince in the Jungle Kingdom, where it's just about time for him to be married, or at least have a romantic with someone else. However, after causing a considerable amount of damage to some of the farms in the Tundra Kingdom, he gets sent to be married off to Tango, their own hybrid prince, just finished his crowning ceremony. Oh yeah I drew the title picture myself but it looks kinda sad now that im looking at it- There might be bits that I forgot to put a TW on, with gore and maybe poison? Be sure to read the prologue that is not exactly important but READ IT ANYWAY! There have only been a few occasions when Tango could see Jimmy look like he was at peace. In Double Life, he caught the avian asleep in the stables, surrounded by the comfort of the animals that reminded him of home. Or maybe they just wanted more of the wheat he had brought them. Team Rancher deals with the awkward sleeping arrangement of only having one bed, but it seems there's a lot more on Jimmy's mind than sharing a bed together.
