RAIN. It gives many great feelings. Some find it inspiring, refreshing, and comforting. The greenery all around, the cold winds and grey clouds. The sounds of rain water gushing through the drains on streets, the water dropping on the plastic roof, it's a pleasant music in itself. Majority of people find rainy weather amazing and romantic. For rains are synonymous to happiness. It was after class and Izuku was at the entrance of the school building. He was just about to head out towards the dorm's building, when someone abruptly stopped him. NOTE: So I wrote this fanfic as request from a dear friend. Izuku Midoriya isn't just not quirkless he also has some of the weakest but strongest quirks avaible. He has a Mutation of his Mother's quirk, he can manipulate EVERYTHING !! Normally it's a weak quirk. He has a handycap when he's using it. He still can move but he has major side effects he can't lift or manipulate elements which are heavier than 3 kg it's still much but if he goes over the limit he will hurt his organs. That's enough read the story to know more and see how he will become the best Hero there is.

And that means enrolling the said young girl into U.A. in Class 1A, under the care of Shouta Aizawa, hoping she will eventually come to the light. But Kana, with her Quirk and urge to go back to her old ways, the Principal might have added a nuisance in the class who have been through so much. (Credits to the one who owns the masterpiece above.
