In a world where "Peace" is considered nowhere to be found. Crime runs throughout every inch of the world, leaving nothing untouched. But not all can go wrong, when a freak accident struck years ago. There was a radition posioning causing humans to mutate and become creatures far from normal. Due to the amount of time passing, people have evolved into somewhat normal appearances, but still have unnatural gifts. Because of this, people of young age with the mutation side affects are sent off to camps during summertime, so they don't cause any of the unneeded trouble. But is it really the best idea to put a huge group of teenagers with supernatural powers together for a few months? . . Find out by reading!

In only a couple of months, a villain that goes by "The Quartering Duke" has caused havoc and fear across a whole city. They've already made themselves known and are inspiring people to do crime, but at the same time striking fear into civilians. When two heroes swear to put an end to this, who knows what will happen? It may have been a first for The Duke, but they know they're having a good time with these two.
