The French representative, as known as Francis Bonnefoy, was in the country Italy for the nations usual World Meetings. Finally, he could hang out with his friends after so long and see wonderful tourist attractions.
Everything was going as the Frenchman expected, but his plan had mostly shattered once he catches up with an accidental spell that was done by his greatest enemy, the representative of the UK, Arthur Kirkland.
Is this blasted curse permanent? Will Francis ever manage to put it an end, with the help of the person responsible for his mistake? Or, will his ability to charm people, the one thing that made him what he is today, to fade and vanish away like sand flowing along within the wind?
Like something charming but to be lost in the hands of the 'Evil'?
