While never living normal lives, Denmark, Norway and Iceland try to act as much like a family as they can. Occasionally, once every few years, they will meet at their common cabin and spend the entire day together. On this day, everything was going better than planned. Denmark left to retrieve the meal they had been craving, but when he didn't return their worlds were turned upside down. A very long time ago Lukas made the decision to run. To find a better life with better people than those controlling his life. He packed up his things, his little brother, faked his death, and then he was gone in a slash, run away with the worst enemies of his people. It's been centuries since the last time Lukas has seen another vampire other than his brother, until one day a familiar face rolls into town, and threatens Lukas's, and the unknown life in him, certain death.

"I was all alone, and then you two came, and you saved me. I...I thank you for that. I'd have been mauled to death if it weren't for you two. Who are you, anyway?" He asked softly. The features of the other two men softened, the left one grinned widely and the one on the right even cracked a small smile. "Well, sir," The shorter one answered, "We go by the names Mathias and Berwald. How about you? What should we call you?" "Me? Ah, they call me Lukas. Are you...like me?" Nodding, the loud one replied, "Yes, indeed we are." As the two figures pulled their hoods back to reveal their faces, the other tall figure spoke in a far lower voice, "And we've been looking for you, Kongeriket Norge." - Hmm, I'm not sure what this book really is. I just got bored and started writing it. I guess it's how I imagined the Nordics meeting each other? I intend to include important events in Scandinavian history such as Kalmar Union, Treaty of Kiel and such, although please don't expect this book to be completely historically accurate. This is just a little thing I'm doing for fun, and it's not a history textbook, okay? Heheh. Also! There'll more than likely be some DenNor, SuNor, and SuFin!

(Eight part story) You looked up to see that your room was completely painted in black, but the words written in red were gone, along with the voices. You shakily got to your feet, thinking it was over with. You were far from right. You looked towards the doorway to try and escape your horrible room. Your eyes immediately widened, filling with tears. You backed away, finally giving up and completely letting your emotions play across your face, despite who was standing in front of your door with a knife in her hand. Lukas Bondevik is an awkward third-year law student. He also has a secret, massive fear of all things horror. An orphanage is usually considered a cliche place for a homeless child to stay at, and it's usually depicted as hell. Not for Y/n however! The orphanage that she's staying at is not at all bad, but it wasn't good either. She thought she would be stuck in an orphanage for the rest of her child days, until 5 men came in and changed her life.
