Ang kwento ng "Hey You" ay umiikot sa dalawang magkaibigang babae na parehong may natatanging personalidad. Si Janella ay nagpapakita ng masayang at carefree na personalidad, habang si Jane naman ay mas seryoso at reserved. Sa kanilang paglalakbay sa iba't ibang mga lugar, ipinapakita nila ang kanilang pagkakaibigan at kung paano nila pinapahalagahan ang bawat isa. Sa simula ng MV, makikita silang masaya at nagkakatuwaan sa mga simpleng bagay, gaya ng paglalakad sa parke at pagpunta sa iba't ibang lugar. Habang tumatagal, makikita rin ang ilang mga pagsubok na dumating sa kanilang buhay, ngunit sa huli, ipinapakita kung paano nila nalampasan ang mga ito sa tulong ng kanilang pagkakaibigan.
