A girl in a small town goes out on a camping trip with her friends that night they heard a loud boom and went to investigate through cracks in the trees they see a very bright light what is it

It starts with a beautiful family that gets torn apart. The family ends up in a terrible car crash. The young 2 year old girl is the only one left alive. She goes to an adoption center. The orphan has no record of a name, so every calls her Melissa. She lives there until she turns 10. By then she is sick and tired of the adoption center, so she heads out into the woods alone.
