Sau đó là 20 phút tập luyện bằng bài tập "đâm rút". 13:00 trưa: Ngủ trưa dậy, cần đạt cao trào một lần để nạp đầy năng lượng cho tinh thần. 20:00 tối: Vận động làm nóng người trong nửa tiếng, giúp thư giãn cơ thể để nhanh chóng chìm vào giấc ngủ. Cuối tuần: Vận động cường độ cao, thử thách mở khóa các tư thế mới để nâng cao thú vui đời sống cá nhân. Hứa Kiều gào thét trong lòng: Robot bị nhiễm virus rồi! Ai đó cứu tôi với! Về phía Hứa Nghiễn, từ nhỏ anh đã là người có tinh thần phân tán cực mạnh nhưng chỉ số thông minh lại vượt xa người thường. Khối lượng công việc anh hoàn thành gấp mấy lần người khác, não bộ lúc nào cũng duy trì trạng thái tối ưu, chuẩn xác đến mức đáng sợ như một cỗ máy. I'm sorry for saying sooner This is an au I made where Tom, Edd, Tord, and Matt are roommates for collage. They've never met before until now. Tord grew up in the army, he was raised there and slowly made his way to being red leader. People don't know who the red leader is, they are aware of what he's done but they don't know who his identity is. Tord launched an attack on London about a year ago. But people are slowly starting to catch onto him, so for now, Tord had to stay on the down low. He decided to use the coverup of a collage student that lived with roommates to look as normal as possible. Tom was a regular poor collage student. His only choice was to live in a small town with roommates. With his parents gone from the attack a year ago, he had no choice of where to go. But when both of them moved in they felt something they never thought they would experience. This is about the hanahaki disease, if you don't know what it is. The hanahaki disease is a fictional Japanese disease where the victim, who is suffering from one sided love, has flowers start to grow in their lungs, causing them to start coughing up flowers and petals. If the flowers aren't removed in time, the victim will die. There are 2 ways this disease can be cured. You could remove them by surgery. but by removing them by surgery, the victim would lose all their emotions, along with the petals. (Plus it's REALLY expensive.) The other way to get rid of the Flowers is to have the victim's feelings to be returned by their love interest, but if the feelings aren't genuine, the victim will still die. I'm sorry this description is so long XD
