That is until the new girl Elisa Crystal Arendelle (Elsa Arendelle) and her twin Elizabeth Ruby Arendelle move to Dream Town. Elisa Crystal Arendelle is the most popular girl at Francois Dupont high school. She had to move due to some circumstances. She moves to Dream town where she starts a new life.
