As the name implies, this book will be a collection of oneshots based around the How To Train Your Dragon series! When her parents were killed by a rogue Whispering Death, she was rescued by a Deadly Nadder named Stormfly, who had lost her hatchling to that same Whispering Death a few days before. She brought the human baby back to her dragon tribe, and with some disagreement from the leader, she was allowed to keep the human. 19 years later, Astrid grew into a fine young woman with long hair the color of sunlight and eyes that made the sky look gray in comparison. Her life is good and happy, but when a group of humans come to Dragon Island to do research on the dragons, Astrid gets attached to a young 20 year old amputee named Hiccup, who somehow tames this wild woman and falls in love with her. But is this really a good thing for the dragon tribe she comes from?

When Grimmel captures Hiccup and tries to bribe him into thinking that he's still an outcast and all alone, it's up to Astrid to prove to him that she really does love him for who he is, and save him before it's too late.
