You'll have to have watched the Ouran Host Club anime before understanding some of the characters...OH and I'm basing the background and stuff off the anime not the manga since I haven't read it. Also, I have characters from Kaichou wa Maid-sama coming up but if you haven't watched or read it, it won't interfere with your understanding of Maiko and Kyoya, but it might be nice to know a little bit about the people who help Maiko.
