At one time or another in our life, we have seen someone who is upset and when we ask, they always say that they are FINE. Even we do this sometimes to hide our emotions from people. This is the basic instinct of man, we hide our emotions to protect ourselves from pain, but it is important to know that the whole time we are hurting ourselves. Do you feel like crying, but you can't? Do you ever feel like you don't even know the reason why are you crying? Do you ever feel like you hid all of it from everybody and nobody noticed? Well, I noticed. Just some few words about people who prefer hiding and show their happiest smiles to the world but forgetting that maybe someone cares. Maybe your family cares.
