The island of Atherea was once caught in a civil war. it ravaged and ruined the island center and an agreement was made; They would split the island up between the six waring parties and walls would be built around these new territories so they would never be met with conflict again. There was no contact between the six territories for over 5,000 years. But as they say history likes to repeat itself.

Rejection is not natural. Neither is being wolf-born, but that one I had to live with. It began with a rejection, and not one that was taken lightly. I knew the meaning of dominance before I was forced to kneel before him. The orphanage taught submission, but Alpha Martin Julius wanted far more. Submission. Power. Obedience. Abduction. And the one thing that I could never forgive...the belief that he could hit me and get away with it.
