In this love story, Ally (a freshman in high school) suddenly has to move from sunny California to chilly Massachusetts when her mother and herself have to go help an Aunt take care of Ally's one year old cousin, Phillip. Everything seems to be going fine, especially for a new kid, until she meets her new neighbor, James, who just happens to be the bad boy at school. Between James, her ex-boyfriend Derek, and a sophomore cutie, Ally has to face all the dangers of high school.
