This is a point of view based on many years of research in many fields, piecing togther what I deem the most important infomation in lay mans terms of my understadin how to achieve the elusive awakening, ascension and higher consciouness. It forms a basis of understanding on how to achieve this without the mountain of information available. It is a simple path, it can be added to and it is up to each person to decide what their path should be.

Author's Note At first, this text was meant for me alone. I wrote it so I wouldn't forget what I had understood, what I had felt, what I had touched with the tip of my consciousness.
