It's been a few years since Elizabeth left Narnia, and at first, she was miserable with homesickness. Eventually, thanks to the help of the Pevensies, her time in their world was easier. She still missed Narnia, however, and was ecstatic when a painting of the sea in the bedroom she and Lucy stayed in came to life, pouring out water. She knew immediately that was her way back home. Join her and her brother, the youngest two Pevensies and their cousin, along with other Narnians as they voyage through the seas on a ship called the Dawn Treader. But is Narnia as peaceful as they all thought it was?

Rosaline Caspian, a descendant of Caspian X and princess of Narnia, is engaged to Prince Bradley from a neighboring kingdom. Unfortunately, the prince and his father support the White Witch who ruled the land so long ago before Aslan killed her. During a ride through the forest, Rosaline comes across a lamp post in the wood and is transported to another world. When she returned to Narnia she has four cousins that followed her into the wardrobe. Soon after the 5 are on a journey that could very well change the world as we know it. ************************************** I wrote this story a long time ago after seeing Prince Caspian and before I knew the true outcome of the series. As such this turned into an alternate reality version. Typically I do extensive research for my fan fictions in order to get certain details correct. Due to writing it so long ago I did not do the research and just based it off the movies. I know that the story is way off from the original but don't let that dissuade you from reading it. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it.

What if, as Elizabeth, Caspian, Lucy, Edmund, Eustace, Reepicheep and the rest of the Dawn Treader crew traveled through the uncharted waters, they missed an island by the name of Yerba? Elizabeth, left completely drained of happiness after her brother died, decided to do something about it: sail all about Narnia for a cure. But her search consumed her. Her obsession took her and her crew from their family for a year now. Finally, her family and friends over in Aslan's Country, come to her in a dream, and bring her to reality: there's no cure, and she needs go back to her living friends and family. There will be dialogue from The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian and the plot of the book follows the plot of the movie with my own little twists. Side note: for story purposes, the characters ages have been upped slightly to fit with my plot. In the first book, the ages were as follows: Lucy: twelve Edmond: fourteen Susan: sixteen Peter: Seventeen Diana: fourteen In Prince Caspian the ages are as follows: Lucy: fifteen Edmond: seventeen Susan: nineteen Peter: twenty Caspian: eighteen Diana: she doesn't even know her exact age

Four year old Caspian is anxiously hiding by his parent's bedroom doors, listening to his mother's agonizing screams as she gave birth to his new sibling. The screams silence, and in their place are a baby's cry. "Caspian, you can come in now." His father calls out knowingly over the crying. He dashed inside with a bashful grin. "Say hello to Elizabeth, your baby sister, my boy." His mother sighs, relieved that the pain is over. "She's beautiful, mommy. May I hold her?" Little Caspian asks in awe of his new little sister. "Sit next to me." His mother says gently, and as he climbs on her bed, her cries stop. A bright, wide smile makes it's way on the baby's face as she's put in his arms, which makes Caspian smile equally as big and happy. "Hello, you beautiful jewel. I'm your big brother, Caspian." His says sweetly, taking her little hand and shaking it. "Jewel...I like it." Their father says, deciding his daughter's full name: Princess Elizabeth Jewel of Telmar.

Peter and Edmund are getting used to being kings; we find out where the extremely superfluous letter-writing comes from.

Everyone, at one point or another, may find themselves overlooking the vibrant stories that once filled their hearts with joy. This particular tale is crafted for someone who has faded from the magic of their own possibilities, forgetting the beauty and power that come with the choices they can embrace. May this story rekindle that spark within you and inspire a renewed sense of wonder.

Narnia Oneshots! It can take place anytime from before Narnia to post Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
