She didn't see it coming It took over with a vengeance She never recovered And is still broken This story will be displaying sensitive content to some viewers such as a being in an episode but the reality of it too. That, sadly not this girl, will ever fully come back from.

The year is 1972. Heather is growing up fast. She's going into her last year of high school and she still doesn't know what she wants to do with her life. With her parents being either gone or drunk most of the time she has to figure these things out on her own. Or maybe she can meet someone who shows her her true self.

17-year-old Brandy Willson is a girl who expresses her love daily for her crush to her best friend Avery Davis. From the early morning to the darkest evenings, both Brandy and Avery express their love for their crushes to each other. How his long chocolate brown hair sways in the wind just for the eyes of Avery or how his blue eyes shine in the sun every time he looks at Brandy. Avery and Brandy have been best friends since childhood, cheering each other on. Dort trifft sie auf Badboy Tom "Tommy" Parker, der sich magisch von ihr angezogen fühlt. Unsere Blicke trafen sich und so lagen wir da, bis wir einschliefen, unsere Augen erzählten Geschichten, Geschichten von Gefühlen, die wir mit Worten niemals ausdrücken könnten, während unsere Hände fest miteinander verwoben waren.
