Kai spent his whole life fighting battles he never asked for - some on the outside, most within himself. For years, he's been running from the chaos that always seems to follow him - from broken friendships, heavy expectations, and memories that cut too deep to forget. Now, he finally has a chance to start over. A new town. A new school. A new beginning. In this quiet neighborhood, things seem normal at first. The air feels lighter, the people friendlier, and for once, Kai dares to believe he might finally belong somewhere. He's determined to keep his head down, to live a life without noise, fights, or heartbreak. But peace doesn't come easy - not for someone like him. It starts small. Whispers in the hallway. Secrets that don't stay buried. Neighbors who seem to know more than they should. Classmates smiling to his face but carrying grudges behind his back. Slowly, the world around him begins to unravel, revealing the darker side of the town he hoped would save him. As new friendships form and old scars resurface, Kai realizes that running from the past doesn't make it disappear - it just waits for you to stop. Every choice he makes pulls him deeper into the conflicts he tried to avoid. And when the shadows he thought he left behind begin to resurface, he must decide whether to keep running... or finally face the truth. All Kai ever wanted was a quiet life. But in a world where everyone carries a secret, and peace feels like a luxury, he begins to wonder - is peace really an option... or just another battle waiting to be fought?
