"Next time could you maybe watch your fucking step" he barked at me. He heavily sighed and narrowed his eyes at me. " Sorry I wasn't watching where I was going." I looked at the ground in shame. A pang in my chest took place instead of the fast pace of it that was there seconds ago. "That's what I thought," I looked up and before he walked away he looked at me like I was a piece of trash and said his last word to me"Pathetic." I watched him walk away. ==================================== Jinn has been in love for a very long time, a very long time. She struggles to keep up this act of pretending she's alright, like she's not in love. Soon enough another heartbreaker enters her life, a boy who she talks with on the roof in the middle of the night. She puts up the high walls, so does he, she has secrets, but it feels like his are darker, later on she doubts if she's actually in love with the boy she has been in love with for seven years now.
