Hi Kara Kuro Ni: From Light to Dark explores the complexities and intersections of the trans experience, harmful social norms, Japanese culture (especially regarding sexual harassment), mental health, domestic abuse, substance abuse, and socioeconomic inequality in an endearing (insert description of my style) style that is built upon junkojunko's lived experience as an SW, transmasc, Japanese survivor of domestic violence with mental health and substance abuse issues.

A little one shot about Chishiya and Kuina, because I love his character and the dynamic of their friendship. The plot starts directly after episode 2 and the Five of Spades game, when Arisu and Karube meet Chishiya for the first time. Theoretically, you could read the OS as Chishiya x Kuina, because there is a certain tension between them, if you want to ship them. But it could still count as teasing in a friendship kinda way, that's up to you to decide. :D
