When his family visits he never pays attention to them. Kaoru Hitachiin always comes to visit his twin brother. But after summer he stops visiting. He decided to do an online course on physiology. Maybe to help his older brother. After summer he applies to work at Fountain Mental Hospital. Where his brother stays. He gets assigned to 6 patients. Kaoru, without knowing, starts falling for one of his patients and starts going insane from his patient's mind games. He gets tricked into helping his patient escape from the asylum. Will Kaoru regret helping his patient or would it be for the best?
