She comes back because she got a music scholarship at Ouran Academy but she also has a secret that follows her back to japan from France. Will her brother's find out her secret? Will her brothers remember her after so long and how will they act when she finally returns home.

It's Hikaru Hitachiin's second year at the asylum and he's been more distant than he's ever been. He never responds to the nurses and the therapists. He barley even looks at them. When his family visits he never pays attention to them. Kaoru Hitachiin always comes to visit his twin brother. But after summer he stops visiting. He decided to do an online course on physiology. Maybe to help his older brother. After summer he applies to work at Fountain Mental Hospital. Where his brother stays. He gets assigned to 6 patients. Kaoru, without knowing, starts falling for one of his patients and starts going insane from his patient's mind games. He gets tricked into helping his patient escape from the asylum. Will Kaoru regret helping his patient or would it be for the best?

The twins are in a bit of a situation. They both love each other more than a sibling normally would. They secretly exchange kisses, and try a way to make it work without the whole Host Club knowing. ALL CHARACTERS BELONG TO THE OWNER OF THE SHOW, UNLESS STATED OTHER WISE.

The twins Hikaru and Kaoru had always been pretended to be dating at the Ouran Host Club, but it never was more than an act. But something weird is happening. Their brotherly love begins to turn into something else.

A little disclaimer ahead of time, I do not endorse acts of incest, this is simply a Hitachiin twin fanfic based on the quote that was included in the anime series that someone sent me as inspiration and rational behind the twins incestual ways. (Stupid people and their straight couples... JKJK!). But, since I believe I'm a pretty decent writer, I am going to attempt to write a fantastic (or maybe just OK) fan fiction of Ouran High. If there is any specific ships you'd like, please tell me. But honestly, I believe my main focus will be a love triangle between Tamaki, Haruhi and Kyoya. You probably expected Hikaru, and if you'd prefer Hikaru X Haruhi, please tell me! I'll also do a bit of Hikaru X Kaoru, and Mori X Honey.
