But pretending becomes dangerous when the lie feels warmer than the truth-and the man he's supposed to deceive starts healing in North's arms. What Johan doesn't remember could shatter them both. And when the truth is exposed, North runs... Carrying with him the one part of Johan that's real-a child neither of them expected.

After a painful past and unresolved feelings, North tries to focus on his future-balancing a demanding night job in the gaming industry and his engineering studies. But when Johan re-enters his life, old emotions resurface, forcing them to confront love, distance, and the fear of getting hurt again.

Hill has been in love with his best friend's younger brother for years, but the age gap between them has always kept him from acting on his feelings. The only problem? Ter now has suddenly decided that what he wants is an older boyfriend.
