In the remote farming town of Bestle Valley, people have learned not to question death. When ten members of a family are found hanging inside the abandoned mansion known as Park Heights, police call it suicide. But there is one detail they cannot explain- there were eleven ropes. Loretta, raised by the enigmatic Mrs. Obson, begins uncovering whispers of an old curse tied to the mansion, secret sacrifices, and a missing eleventh victim. Over the next four years, two new families move into the neighborhood, and a group of children-restless, curious, and too young to fear old legends-become drawn to Park Heights. Though the mansion remains abandoned, strange things begin happening around it: footsteps in empty halls, ropes appearing where none were before, and children hearing someone call their names from inside locked rooms. As the children uncover a pattern hidden for generations, they realize the curse was never confined to the house.

Her father never truly got over the lose of her mother. He dose make an "safe" place for them. The Sanctuary. She hoped that her father was right but he was dead wrong. It was indeed safe, strong and growing in numbers. It also changed the bond between Negan and Willow, He began to push her away and drown himself with power and lust. Only after Willow snaps and confesses how she feels about her father's rules she leaves. When she does leave, she runs into these guys on horses. One welcomed her back with them his name was..Jesus.
