Kageyama mother had the hanahaki disease was somethin' that took over her life after she fell in love with another man, Miwa was the only one who he had left. His mothers last words was "Tobio... promise to NEVER love someone even if you loved they for a long time, because they'll only hurt you..." And Tobio kept that promise....
