This leads to Komaeda developing the Hanahaki Disease. A disease where whoever has caught it starts to violently cough up flower petals that are growing in their lungs. But the thing is hajime doesn't know about nagito one sided feelings for him will hajime get over nanami? And learn to open his heart for another? Or will he he not? Will nagito ever accept his feelings for hajime? Will he open himself up again to him and be real with him about his past and his sickness?
