In a world where anything left on your skin also appears on your soul mates. However it only activates when you see them in person. Trigger warning! This story is very very triggering! Mentions of child abuse/sexual assault, suicide, depression, self harm and anxiety. Little bit eating disorders but not really. I do not own Haikyuu or its characters. I own only the plot.

Kageyama has always had feelings for Hinata, but he has never told him. Hinata also likes Kageyama, but has also never told him. What will happen when Kageyama confesses his feelings? Will Hinata accept them?

If someone asked you what the one thing you would choose to live with for the rest of your life was- whether it be an item, a person, a feeling, etc- most people would not know how to answer. But that wasn't the case for a very special boy. Hinata Shoyo had always thought that his mind was set on one thing and one thing only. One particular feeling that sent his whole body into blood pumping shivers. But as time goes on, things start to change between friendships. Things that were unexplainable to both Hinaka and Kageyama. And before you know it, the feeling that Hinata sets his mind to, might change in the blink of an eye.

Not really sure where this is gonna go, but it will basically be about the struggles Kageyama and Hinata face as third years as their feelings become harder to conceal from the others and the team. I'll make no promises that it will be any good, but please enjoy. As usual I do not own any of the characters in the story and all credits to their existence should go to the original creators.
