When Hineta joined the volleyball club, he never expected to fall. Before hand he didn't care about that, he didn't care about crushes or love. It wasn't like he had every had one of his own- all his mind was on was volleyball. Of course that all change the day he turned up. Hineta would have done anything to keep Nishinoya in the club, even bring back the ace. He didn't know how much it would hurt. Hineta sat by as Asahi and Nishinoya grew ever closer, doing the best to ignore the pain in his chest. Thumping. Thumping. Thumping. It was always thumping in broken shatters and it never got better. It only got worse. Red covered petals on the floor. Small body curled up behind the door. Breathing getting harder and harder. "Hineta? Please... Can you talk to me?
