Ali returns to camp after spending a few weeks with the Romans at Camp Jupiter. In a sudden turn of events, one of the half-bloods that arrived on the Argo II fired on New Rome, committing an act of war. Now, after promising Percy she'd protect Half-blood Hill, Ali must rally the campers against the Roman Legion, which is sure to come and prepare for a war no one wanted or expected.
