"The last thing a girl wants to hear after being vomited on by a coffee machine is some kid making a snarky comment." The rather unconventional tale of Summer Roberts, sarcastic, heartbroken and angry at the world, and her Mocha Boy. First impressions are important, and throwing a shoe at a guy certainly isn't going to make him remember you fondly. But he was asking for it, frankly, and she'd had a pretty shit couple of days. Summer knows nothing about this boy, except that he's impatient, rude, and wears expensive Italian shoes. He's definitely not the kind of guy she usually associates with. And if their first meeting is anything to go by, it seems they're a rather volatile mix. But there's something different about Mocha Boy, and Summer can't seem to stop running into him. And as her life becomes more and more screwed up, she may start to realise that the time she spends with him might, in fact, be the only thing keeping her sane.
