Jack is a soldier fueled by a single, cold ambition: forty points. Forty points until he reaches Officer status. Hireath (n.) a homesickness for a home to which you cannot return, a home which maybe never was; the nostalgia , the yearning, the grief for the lost places of your past.

Hiraeth: (n) a homesickness for a home you can't return to, or that never was. "Maybe this jump's a little too high for me..." She said hesitantly, staring below her. It was so far down you couldn't see the bottom. "Don't worry. Just close your eyes." He said, faking compassion, his hands ready to push her at any moment. She beat him to it though, throwing herself into the dark abyss... But not before grabbing his hand.
