| YALLLL, DON'T READ THIS IT IS SO OLD AND I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO WRITE | When Odette Rivers, a wealthy Capitolian girl is assigned an unexpected last assignment to finish up her school year, she is shocked on how a certain perspective is changed in the span of a couple of days, one that she and her family are quite devoted to. Growing up in the Capitol teaches many things, but one of them is engraved into Etta's mind. The districts are an enemy.
