I do not own Darling in the Franxx or it characters they belong to there rightful owner of Trigger studios and A-1 pictures, this is just a fan creation for fun and to show my love of the show. Not long after Zero Two and Hiro reunite, the members of squad 13 return to base for some much needed rest and relaxation. Although Doctor Franxx notices some strange readings coming off the squad's Franxx during some standard repairs. These strange events include the mech's faces appearing when not pilots are present in the cockpit and the act of moving on their own. Eventually these strange occurrences lead to a shocking discovery, the Franxx have come to life and have personalities that are combinations of both their pilot's personality's. If that wasn't enough the Franxx start referring to their pilots as they're parents. Someone help this poor group of teenagers.

In the past they were the best, but their time was coming to an end. Choosing to be frozen to safeguard the future, they slept. However, something went wrong and they awoke to a future that was worse than their past. The Reapers have awoken, and it is time to show the future the true power of death.

Hopes and dreams come crashing down, in this heart wrenching, graphic fanfiction! My own personal take on what SHOULD have happened, for those who think this is similar to something they have read, I am also the author Ghospet, and Ghastly. Either way, enjoy.

|| You probably think it was a typo in the title, but I meant to put that there for a reason || Read to find out ;) ____________________________________________________ A normal planet with a modern society, that is until 50,000 years ago, a strange meteorite crashed upon Earth and leaked its metallic liquid. The man who discovered it decided to make the metallic liquid into arrows. He then buried them underneath his homeland and in the year 2000, it was eventually discovered and monstrous beings called "Klaxosaurs" begin appearing. The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs. Who knows what will happen.

Hiro, a normal generic high school student, you'll probably never notice him in the first place. This story is based on the anime/manga series known as Darling in the Franxx. In this story, however, it doesn't take place in the same world as the original series did. Everyone in the story attends Franxx Highschool as first-year students. This is a story between Hiro and all the other children of that plantation, and the relationships that blossom. The story will take place from Hiro's point of view unless stated otherwise. I do not own any of the characters mentioned in the story, nor do I own the rights to the cover art. The rights for the characters go to the original creator of Darling in the Franxx and the rights to the cover go to the original artist.
