Hikari and Hisahi are twin siblings. Hikari is a 16 year old girl who is kinda happy that they are finally switching schools, because for some reason everyone was scared of her. Hisahi on the other hand is a 16 year old boy who is really poed that they have to switch schools again because he was really popular and everyone loved him. These twins have switched schools about 7 or so times because their mom is in the military. And their dad...... well can't tell you now just wait.
