Y/N Holland was born in a family of a father who works for the Magisterium and a mother who cares for her. She was home schooled for her childhood, but decided to go to work at Jordan College to study the Alethiometer. She meets Lyra Belaqua and Lee Scoresby, a charming man who loves her dearly. She is slow to confess her feelings, worried about what he will say.

This is the story of His Dark Materials, told through the eyes of Sarah Belacqua. A twelve-year-old witch child, who grew up with Lyra at Jordan College.

The Cure follows the story of four protagonists, Lyra and Will, already familiar to those who follow the saga, and two new faces, Rafaella (better known as Ella), and Jason. The four adventure the worlds, dealing with the dictatorial power of the Magisterium, as well as problems old and new. They discover new worlds, visit familiar places, as well as rediscover old names and discover new faces, trying to discover who is a friend and who is an enemy. Ella is forced to flee, and so is Jason, and the two end up in a friendship that keeps them on the path to the truth. At the same time, Lyra and Will struggle to hold on, as the pain of not being able to be together consumes them. But in the end, will it all work out? A fanmade prequal to the book The golden compass/Northern lights by Philip Pullman. This work was done by 5 people as a project in our creative writing course. This is a story of how Marisa Coulter became the soulless woman she is in the books. It touches her relationships with Edward and Lord Asriel and hopes to explain of how their relationship becomes so complicated later on. Each chapter depicts a certain age and period of Marisa's life.

What if Mrs Coulter had sister? The story revolves around Marley delamare, an explorer up north whom Lyra meets in trollesant whilst with the gyptians. As the story takes place, secrets about Marisa and the Delamare's get unravelled.

Marisa finds out she's pregnant with Lyra and has to build the courage to tell her husband. Asriel finds out and with the death of Edward Coulter, Asriel sees a way in with trying to keep his child with his secret lover

Marisa Coulter's last night with her daughter for thirteen years.

This is a his dark materials fan fiction. I was not happy when Will and Lyra had to be separated. I was so sad ;w;. I decided to do a new thingy, I dunno where I'm going with this but my plan is Preview/Description? The two children were separated. They had to be, if they weren't the other would die. They could never stand the sadness it would leave them. Will was leaving with Mary Malone, and Lyra at Jordan College. Jordan was fine and dandy, Lyra liked it, but her best friend and playmate Roger, was dead. She was all alone without Will, or that's how she felt as she was never truly alone with Pantalaimon at her side. Will was glad to have Mary to talk to about all that had happened, he had no friends. Children were cruel in his eyes. He had his mother but this story would scare her, or that's what he thought. She most likely wouldn't believe it anyway. Mary Malone always thought of the Mulefa in almost anything she did. Atal was one of her closest companions. All of them felt alone without their friends. Even with the ones in their world. Mary and Will often recapped what happened, vented to each other about the mistakes they had made and then comforting the other about them. It was Lyra who had no one to do this sort of thing with, Iorek Byrnson had met Will and helped at least a little by repairing the knife but he was in the north! She was just Lyra in Jordan now... the little girl who lived in the college. That's not who she wanted to be! She needed to find a way to get back to Will, so what if she only had ten years? Her only comfort in the world was him. Pantalaimon knew it as well. She needed Will.

Marisa Coulter knows the weight of ambition and sacrifice, but a private meeting with the Magisterium forces her to confront something she can no longer ignore.
