Secrets of Yesterday is a short story based in the same "world" as my novels. A story told by the main character, Sheriff Stephen Dawson, that takes place when he was a young Deputy. Couratine Island was just a quarantine station, but now a place for criminals. When a young girl vanishes, it is revealed that law enforcement has no jurisdiction on the island. This leaves the mystery to James to solve. However, his deep connection to the missing girl could prove dangerous for all those involved. Just how far will James go for vengeance?

The beginning of a story that has the makings of a longer one. I have an idea of where it is going, and the target audience would be teens to young adults. Enjoy!
