Essex, 1948. Chiedozie Nwosu is a brilliant young African engineering student with a flawless future ahead of him. Elara Whittemore is the daughter of a desperate, debt-ridden British Lord, trapped by the expectations of her class. When a malicious lie places Chiedozie's life and freedom at the mercy of the local constabulary, a brutal bargain is struck in the dark. To buy his silence and unlock a hidden family fortune, Lord Arthur forces an impossible union: Chiedozie must marry Elara, becoming a prisoner to the estate, or face a life behind bars. Bound together by a cold contract and a shared betrayal, two solitary souls must navigate the sharp frost of post-war England. Can love grow from the soil of coercion, or are they merely collateral damage in a nobleman's game? AUTHOR'S NOTE "I wanted to write a story that felt like a lost classic-where the prose is as heavy as the Essex mud and as sharp as a Lagos sun. This is for the dreamers who found themselves in a world that wasn't built for them. Expect chapters that breathe, settings that bleed, and a romance that earns every single spark."

Creation is effortless for the celestials. Experience is not. They can design landscapes, histories, entire civilizations. They can engineer catastrophe and salvation. But they cannot produce genuine interiority. Iridescent was conceived as a solution. Not a spectacle. Not a narrative. A living consciousness placed within endlessly shifting realities. Some participants were chosen. Some were taken. Some never had a choice. One did. Her operational name: Iris. She will inhabit countless lives. She will forget and remember in fragments. She will become many. But the system recognizes only one constant. Iris. Always. Now she is in: Iridescent 1321

[A short story] This is a fictional reimagining of colonial India under British rule. This story is set in British India in the years following the Revolt of 1857. While the backdrop is one of political unrest and colonial rule, the story is less about the freedom struggle itself and more about the survival of a young woman navigating a dangerous and uncertain world. I hope you enjoy reading it. This is my first time writing a novel, so parts of the story may be a little cheesy. Please don't be offended. Your views and interpretations may differ from mine, and that's completely fine. As this is a work of fiction, I hope you'll read it for the story and the characters rather than connect it directly to historical reality. If you have any opinions, suggestions, or feedback, please feel free to share them respectfully. I'd love to hear what you think.

When her father's death leaves the Ashford family on the brink of ruin, Juliette inherits more than a crumbling cotton mill-she inherits the doubt of a town that never believed a woman could lead. She refuses to let Rose Hall fall. Duke Sebastian Windmore, freshly returned from India, is the last man Juliette expected to rely on-and the only one willing to invest. His condition: a false engagement that binds their futures as tightly as their business. But pretense has a way of slipping into truth. As Juliette and Sebastian fight to save the mill, confront betrayal, and navigate a society stacked against them, their arrangement begins to look less like survival...and more like desire.

In a colony where Spanish blood opens doors that talent alone cannot, Alfonso Linares de Espadaña is a walking lie. To escape starvation in Madrid, he allowed himself to be transformed into a distinguished gentleman and an acceptable suitor for the beautiful María Clara. But when his carefully constructed deception collapses, Alfonso loses everything-his status and the life he hoped to build. Reduced from honored guest to servant, he must embrace the truth he spent years hiding and struggle to reclaim his dignity in a society ruled by wealth, pride, and appearances. In a world governed by greed, malice, and power, can a disgraced man prove that true nobility comes not from birth, but from character? Inspired by José Rizal's Noli Me Tangere, this reimagined historical drama follows one of its most overlooked and controversial figures.

A quiet historical drama set in the mountain post towns of late Edo-period Japan. In a secluded post town deep in the mountains, Toki-the daughter of a honjin, an inn reserved for feudal lords-lives beneath the weight of expectations not her own. As talk of an unwanted marriage begins to close around her, chance leads her to the forge of Zen, a village blacksmith who lives simply among fire, iron, and silence. In the rhythm of hammer against steel, Toki finds herself unsettled by feelings she has never known. Watching from the edge of these quiet changes is Zuisin, once celebrated for deeds long faded into memory. Familiar with both loss and longing, he finds his own heart stirred in ways he thought long buried. Beneath the mountain gate of an old temple, the lives of three souls begin to draw together. Then comes the sudden arrival of a lord's procession. At its head rides Kuroda, an aging retainer who carries with him the shadows of a past shared by them all. Bound by old loyalties and lingering obsessions, Kuroda asks Zen to forge a sword. And with the sound of steel, long-forgotten truths begin to awaken.

1635. A pit. Thirty-one men. And a queen who dug it herself. This is not the story of how Dode Akabi died. This is the story of how she lived. Born a Guan princess in a world that had already decided her ceiling, she married the wealthiest king on the Gold Coast, watched him die, and then did the one thing nobody in the history of the Ga people had ever done. She sat on the war-stool. A woman. A foreigner. A person the gods had not sanctioned and the priests could not control. And she stayed there for twenty-five years. The Ashen Crown of Akra is the epic story of West Africa's most dangerous queen. Of the wars she won that men took credit for. Of the laws she wrote that terrified an entire kingdom into order. Of the European merchants she weaponized. Of the son she protected so fiercely she nearly destroyed him. Of the priests who smiled at her face and sharpened their knives behind her back. Of the night she walked to the edge of a pit and chose her own ending before they could choose it for her. Inspired by the true history of Naa Dode Akabi of the Ga Kingdom, ancient Ghana. For readers of Empress Ki. The Woman King. Jodha Akbar. Jhansi Ki Rani. Elizabeth I. Africa has always had its queens. It is time you met this one.

Rajkumar Akshaj Singh Sisodravat - From his earliest days, Akshaj was different. Tall, broad‑shouldered, and with eyes that carried both warmth and fire, he was a child who loved the forests more than the palace halls. He learned to ride horses with unmatched skill, his bond with his horse becoming the stuff of folklore. He trained with the sword and spear, not just as weapons, but as extensions of his spirit. Rajkumari Aditri Padmavatkar - Aditri grew up with a heart as gentle as the monsoon breeze. She was not a princess draped in jewels, but a girl whose grace lay in simplicity. She is a bookworm, the biggest animal lover and a peace-loving girl. Most of the time is spent either in the library or in the forest. "Where love blooms, fate burns - and from the ashes, destiny is rewritten." 🌺🔥

Prologue Before the dawn of the third day... the world fell silent. The sky that once trembled at the final breath of Jesus Christ now stood still, as if creation itself was holding its breath. Hope seemed buried behind a sealed tomb, guarded by stone and shadow. To the eyes of man, it was the end. The Messiah had fallen. The light had been extinguished. But beyond the veil of the visible... a greater story was unfolding. In the depths unseen, where darkness reigned and fear held dominion, a divine presence entered the abyss. Not as a victim-but as a King. The silence was not defeat... it was the calm before eternal victory. Heaven waited. Hell trembled. And time itself stood on the edge of redemption. For what was about to happen... would shatter death forever.
