^Not too long ago, a rip occurred between the afterlife and the mortal life, and a few important souls managed to sneak into the mortal life. The United States Government quickly realizes this mistake because of a peak in certain electric fields around the country. They spend the next 18 years searching for these souls, and manages to find each and every one of them. As to not mess up the future, they call for each historical figure to come a secret meeting house, where they won't be allowed to leave. However, the United States Government comes to a crossroads. These characters have seemingly no memories from their past, so really, are they doing any harm? However, what would be the benefit if they could get them to recall those memories?^
