The characters I want to build in a story or multiple stories. And some ideas for plot that I wanna put out there but I'm not sure if I can write it

Cecilia is a princess. She is 12 years old and she, her brother William, and father, lead as normal a life they can. Until one day. Cecilia's father is murdered and she is threatened by William, who wants to rule in her place. Cecilia escapes into the forest and lives quietly undisturbed. Until one day. Two years later, she see's a sign, saying she is wanted for the murder of her father. Cecilia had been planning to expose her brother for a while, but now she know's she doesn't have much time. Will Cecilia and her friends be able to expose William for what he truly is? Or will she be down in the pages of history as a villain forever? For as it is said "History is written by the victors." -Walter Benjamin
