The Priority Homicide Division takes full reign on the case and investigation when they discover the car belongs to Richard Thorne, one of the county's most revered defense lawyers, and senior managing partner at an white-collar criminal defense firm. Their primary suspect, the daughter of the car's owner; Blake Thorne, who unlike her father, has a long list of faults, misdemeanours and charges. Finding the car that did this is easy, but getting the one inside to admit to doing it is going to be a whole different ball game. And it's one Flynn can't handle alone. The investigation is launched and it's a manhunt... or a teenhunt more like. Flynn intends to get justice for Gracie. He will get Blake Thorne to confess or lose his badge trying.
