Out of sight from ordinary humans are not only ayakashi, but the Gods as well. You may not see them, but they're always "In The Shadows". Names now tied together by fate, Yato and Hiyori are a match made in heaven! But a mortal and a God is certainly no normal relationship. How will this match made in heaven fare against both the struggles of the near and far shore?

Yato is having a horrible nightmare that causes him sleepless nights. The dream repeats itself night after night. It awakens a fear in Yato which causes him to act overprotective around Yukine and Hiyori. The lack of sleep and his suspicious way of protecting his friends make them wonder whats going on with him. Will they find out what is weighing on the gods mind...?

Hiyori and Yato both see each other often, whether it's fighting phantoms or a casual visit to Capypa Land. However, when Yato has to bring a date to a ball hosted by Bishamon, he decides to ask the one girl he likes to it-Hiyori Iki. He tells himself it's just as "friends" but what will happen when this charade turns into something more?

Ive always loved Yato,but i never knew he loved me, i never knew that we'd be in love. He was my warmth and i was his number 1 believer. Yano was my happiness. We were like a big happy family : you know Yato, Yukine , and I. I held them close to my heart. Yato - the God ( Baka) Hiyori - smart school girl ( also phantom) Yukine - ( love yukine !! Bae ) Let love story begin Yukine is actually giving advice to Yato cuz you know he's clueless.

This is my first book, so please take it easy on me. Does she love him? Does she care about him? He asks himself these questions everyday, praying the answer was yes. But, do to a new God, Hiyori has been acting like a totally different person; she's been acting as if she's in love. The pain is unreal for the young god, when an unknown kind of blight begins to take him over, but this kind can't be cleansed with water. You meet Hiyori in school after recently moving to her city that she resides in. After some time, you witness her pass out but then she wakes up again with a purple tail! You then notice everything changing for you as you try and find out the reason why you see unrealistic creatures. Things start to change for you even more when you meet a god you've never heard of before. What will happen with him as you try to find out who you really are?

Ever since Hiyori met Yato, her life has been turned upside down. It's about to get even more messed up when Nora comes back along with her new friend, and feelings of romance start to arise between Yato and Hiyori. However, no matter how much Yato is willing risk for Hiyori, sometimes love just doesn't get there in time. Sometimes, that is. *The characters aren't mine. This is a fanfiction based off of an anime called Noragami.*

Yato is dealing with lose and Hiyori hasn't seen him in a month. But she decides that tonight's the night that she will go and see Yato.

Words his father told him when he was a child stuck with Yato for his who life. He was told that his mother went suiside by catching herself on fire and burning to death right in front of a seven year old Yato and someone else. Someone Yato never talked about but remembered them for all of these years. WARNING: Might contain depression, suiside, self harming, and violate scenes! I do NOT own Noragami.

You were clueless. Who knew there was an infamous god who didn't have a shrine? But he found you. Gave you a name. A home. A friend. You wanted to know about who you were before. What was your connection with the moon? Who was the beautiful girl? Why did you die? It just didn't make sense to you. But that had to be put aside. You had a duty to Yato. He saved you from the terror of being a Phantom. He gave you a home, although it wasn't his to give. It was a gift that was given to a few people. Luckily, you were pure enough to be saved. Otherwise...who knows what you might've become. As for this friend...he was cute. As in massively cute. But Yato knew everything that went down. And he would have none of that. He believed it might get in the way of your ability to fight. Which wasn't possible. ~~~ A/N || You as a regalia is different from you as a living person. Yato and Hiyori are the most unlikely of friends. While Yato is a unknown god, Hiyori is a mere human. But they were brought together by a bus accident that changed their lives forever. Yato and Hiyori both have feelings for each other, but they know they'll have to say goodbye soon This is told in Yato and Hiyori's perspective. It's very brief and not very explanatory. I'm sorry. Btw, it's loosely based off of the lyrics to both of the Noragami endings, which are super sad if you examine the lyrics.

Hiyori Iki just moved to a new city (Tokyo) that means she had to go to a new school, where she meets a lot of new friends. "What is this feeling. I feel like I always get nervous and shy around him. Nah, I don't like Yato. He's always mean, stupid, needs help on school and probably doesn't even know what love is!" •WARNING• May have some bad language, and some make-out parts in the story other than that no lemon.

After that fateful day, Hiyori iki isnt a normal girl. She meets him...

Hiyori now lived in France with her best friends Ami and Yama. They were staying there a year, but it wasn't easy. Hiyori fell into a depression, she missed her lover so much. It hurt just to think about him. Every night the past week she had gone to the harbor at night to think. The waves made her relax and she could clear her thoughts. But the past days she hasn't slept, a bad case of insomnia. She can't get Yato out of her head. In this state..it's better to die.

"All my life, I've been searching for the right master. Yato may not be him, but I'm going to make the most of this while it lasts..." Yukine x OC. Slight Yato x Hiyori.
