In 1961, the Hmong joined forces with the Americans to fight in the Secret War. 5 years later, Nou Cheng, a 21 year old residing in Long Tieng is in a relationship with a girl named Hnouci. They’ve been together for 2 years but have yet to marry. Nou Cheng is suddenly recruited as a soldier. What happens when war separates love? Will they be able to overcome the storm or will their relationship die like the many lives that were lost in the war?

This is a story based on a true story about Hmong folklore back in the days. This story is going to be about a boy named Cheenou that found his imagination and spiritual true lover named Crystal. They both had a very loving and strong relationship until Cheenou got separated and never saw Crystal again. Will they both see each other again and will they ever get to be together? Let's find out.

A short story that details a young man's relationship with his traditional father. While this story is a piece of fiction, it's inspiration is immortal as my worst fear.

"Remember my word, no matter what happens, I will return and I will marry you. From there on out, you will be my bridge and I will be your husband. Together, we will share the same house and the same bed. Just wait until I return." Nkauj Nag waited and waited for Tou to come back but as time goes by days by days turned into months then into years later. Tou never returned. Soon, Nkauj Nag became very sick and died as her spirit wanders to go find Tou. "Tou-ah, where did you go?"
