While on the road, the company of Thorin Oakinshield Comes across Rosemary a young Hobbit being attacked by orcs. They save her from her attackers. Now Bofur gets this feeling that he needs to protect her, especially after she seems attached to him. He comes to realize she can't or won't speak. That she's hiding something. Ailleth. Odd name for a modern day girl, maybe that's because not everything about her life is as it seems. Hobbit One Shots

Bilbo Baggins - the ordinary bookstore owner, guardian of Frodo and a well known gentleman among the local people of Shire. Everyone knew Baggins' family and (even if people loved gossip about them) respected them. Everything that Bilbo knew and appreciated made a wild turn, the moment he found a metal Talisman. No one ever told him that picking up random trash will throw him into magic shenanigans, dwarves' underground community and rivalry with a dwarf that can easily break him like a stick. Oh, and apparently he is now some sort of Dwarfhunter. Just *amazing*! / Or what if the author was bored with life and made a crossover with the Hobbit and Trollhunters series. Welcome so done Bilbo, Dwalin choosing violence, Balin being the voice of reason and Thorin being dramatic and majestic like always

The royal house of Mirkwood finds it hard to adjust when the king begins dating again " 'What's wrong?' Adrianne asked. Though the sex was satisfying and the princess now laid upon her prince's chest tired, she couldn't allowed herself sleep while he laid awake. Legolas looked down briefly and caught her staring up at him before returning his gaze to their bedroom ceiling. Winter had gone and spring was now in full bloom in only its second week. 'They leave in the morning', Legolas uttered in the dark. He had never openly discussed with Adrianne his feels about his father and Justine. A thousand thoughts swam in his head about this trip, like what it meant and what it would lead to, as well as the fact that he and Adrianne would presume the roles of regent, temporary king and queen, until the king himself returned. Legolas pulled the blanket further up their naked bodies. 'Do you think they're already sleeping with each other?' he shamelessly asked."

Dwalin finds a dwarf woman who's been abused and abandoned with 2 children and he saves her...along the way he falls in love with her and the kids. This is a short story that will sort of tie in with another one of my stories...jeweled doll ( bofur story)...caution this has some mature content.
