My name is Dalton Ricci and I just got married to my high school sweetheart, Simone Drithers Ricci. She gave up her career as a New York model to be with me in Los Angelos. She is now the sole owner of the Los Angeles Knights hockey team. I am one of the goalies. She married me on the ice tonight. We all were dressed to impress in our ice skates on the ice. Simone, myself and others are enjoying ourselves. Her sister, Pamela Drithers caught the bouquet. She and her sisters are the only ones still alive. Her parents and brother died in separate accidents while on separate vacations. I am an orphan and never knew my family and still don't. I always loved to ice skate. My foster parents, Sybil and Crystal Rodgers made sure I obtained a good education in business administration and played hockey. They got me on the ice when I think I was six years old. Ever since I skated on the ice. I met my wife one summer when she was iceskating practicing . She doesn't skate often as she once did. She worked hard to become a model, well admire and very successful. She made enough to purchase the team I play for. Her sister lives in Santa Monica and is a string instrument professor for the college she teaches at ( Santa Monica). She plays anything that has string and the piano. She had her five senior students play while our wedding ceremony took place on the ice during the ceremony. She is the one who married us. She went online to complete the course. We now taking our family and bridal photos. My best man is my foster brother, Cain Rodgers. He is a cardiac nurse at a local hospital. He does quite well for himself. He is gay and we all still love him. He lost his boyfriend, Timothy Wallace, recently to a drug overdose of meth. He is doing well as best as he can be.

But what it doesn't show is the new life of a Freshmen at a new high school with a big family and a lot of crazy siblings, friends and pets. I hope you join along for the ride and enjoy Scarlet Talk.

This is my story. My story of Suffering, confusion, and pain. If I started from the beginning, with every detail, it would be too much for one to handle. Too much sadness and despair, even through my calmed vision. I was strong, till I wasn't. I was weak, till I was strong again. Some things are better off with the smallest mention. So, with God holding me in his arms, I'll give you what wasn't real, and some of what was.

"Fitzpatrick, Meet Baker" Coach Spiers introduced us briefly and I rocked back onto my heels, pocketing my iPod "So ah, Do you want me to show you the locker room?" I asked and looked at him, narrowing my eyes slightly as he began to lift off his mask. "That won't be necessary." He pulled his mask off, revealing that 'he' was actually far from a he. 'He' had dirty blonde waves that was tightened in a ponytail that was finally tucked underneath 'his' jersey, eyes that were an extremely light shade of brown and lashes that were long and extremely thick. They were held up by high cheekbones and a smile with dimples that could easily kill. I swallowed and felt my adams apple bob, taking in the final sight of my new back up, making sure not to look that surprised even though i felt my mouth fill with cold rink air as it hung open. He...Was a she... ~~~ Cole Fitzpatrick, All muscle, slight brain, fully music dependent. He hardly is found without his iPod playing and headphones plugged into his ears. Logan Klicker, a backup goaltender in the NHL, is traded teams shortly after coming out as a rare gay professional athlete. Alone in a new city, in a new team, and trying to navigate being out, he meets his blunt neighbor, Kane Jenkins. Kane Jenkins usually doesn't filter himself, which he applies to his journalism. He has never been a sports guy, so having a professional hockey player as a neighbor is fun. After an incident involving a fat cat, enchiladas, and kindness, the two get close. Follow Logan and Kane as they develop themselves, their relationship, and a call out to the toxic culture of sports when it comes to queer players.

(Book #1 of the Westbrook Minnesota University Series) Lottie Mae Collins, the golden girl of Westbrook Minnesota University, is stepping into her junior year with her signature charm and a plan: make memories, have fun, and soak up every moment with her friends. Grant Smitt, the 6'6" captain of WMU's powerhouse hockey team, has had his sights set on Lottie since the night they met two years ago. A night she doesn't even remember. To Lottie, Grant is just the quiet, brooding goalie with a reputation as unbreakable as the puck-stopping wall he is on the ice. But as Grant and Lottie find themselves spending more and more time together, she learns there's more to the story. There's something about his soft Canadian accent and him being surprisingly in touch with his emotions that has Lottie second-guessing her first impression. Grant may be a fortress on the ice, but off it? He's crumbling for the girl who has no idea she's been his since the day they met.
