But when a villain injects Kurogiri with the Trigger serum, along with an unknown substance that causes a quirk to go out of control, Izuku gets transported to a new world. Filled with strange creatures that seem to have multiple quirks. Now, he must find a way to get back to his world. But he won't have to do it alone.
