Seven years have passed since that faithful day in Rockwell where the Giant sacrificed himself, now with a new threat coming it is Hogarth's time to choose who he will be... And to see if their overshadowed friendship can survive in the process.

Follow (Full Name), and her best friend, Hogarth Hughes, as they walk out into the woods at night, looking for their TV antenna. What starts as two kids and their pet Giant, becomes a wild goose chase for a certain agent, and could be the doom of America. All because of a 'Metal Meteor' that hit lil' ol'd Miane. While (Name) is spending the week at her friend Hogarth's house. The two stay up a bit pass their bedtime to watch horror movies. Then suddenly the TV goes out, when they check on the atena but it is gone. They follow giant tracks that lead to a power station where they meet the most unlikely friend they will ever make. I do not own the rights to Iron Giant, this is just a fanfic for fun. All rights belong to Warner Bros.

This is a short story that takes place immediately after the Giant died. Hogarth tells Annie and Dean about Kent chloroforming him, which leads to Annie and Dean saying some choice words to him. (Note: I don't usually put cussing in my stories, but since this is The Iron Giant, I included the mild swear words they used, hell and damn. They are censored however, so it's fine. Due to this, the story is rated my own rating, PG+. Enjoy!
