(meaning : the strong country , a bit of a " bad guy ". okay maybe a full " bad guy " , etc of the strong person/country has.) example of the downs I make them ups : Poland Philippines (he's kinda the ' down ' country right?) etc. (just a example. there's more "downs" that I make them "up".
