Mo, Ollie, Zosia and Matteo are pushed to new limits, as the old ones are broken, and their leader's icy facade is melting, revealing a vulnerable side. Relationships are tested, and patients cause mayhem on the ward. The hospital roof becomes refuge and gallons of coffee are digested.
